SERVICE
Time Critical Freight's reputation has been built on outstanding, on-time customer delivery performance. Each retail account requires that deliveries be made within specific time delivery windows. Deliveries are arranged on either a morning or afternoon schedule, or within a more specific 2-hour time window. Additionally, TCF can provide a variety of other delivery options, including, but not limited to, unattended deliveries, night deliveries and key drop deliveries.

SECURITY
Each of TCF's three facilities utilize video-monitored surveillance on our loading docks. Both our Charlotte and Baltimore faciities have enhanced video-monitored security systems, or 24-hour on-site security in place

Time Critical Freight is a contract carrier with pricing based on the level of service required by each of our customers.
